Job description:

-Responsible for the link between the workshop and the customer in order to provide a good maintenance service for the customer and solve his problems as soon as possible

– He receives the customers of the service department, greets them and checks the car externally and internally and records the presence of any notes such as any scratches, damage or anything that exceeds the standard form.

– Listen carefully to the customer and create a repair order, mentioning all his observations, using common sense and experience, to make them understandable by the technical staff.

– Obtaining the customer’s signature on the repair order after verifying all the target details and the expected completion date, giving a copy to the customer and passing the printed copy to the control tower.

– He follows up on the implementation of the maintenance work for the car and informs the customer of the details whenever necessary. After completing the work, he invites him to finish the invoice and receive the car when it is ready.

– Obtain the customer’s approval of the initial repair cost and explain precisely any additional work estimate to obtain further approval.

– Obtaining the customer’s approval for any additional work performed on his vehicle, especially for those under warranty, in accordance with General Motors policy and procedures.

– He accompanies each customer during payment settlement, hands the traffic card to the driver to clean the car, then explains the work done with the car to the customer before delivery.

– Responsible for contacting some customers, whose cars participate in some recall campaigns, in order to complete the required work.

– Responsible for contacting customers no later than three days from the date of delivery to ensure that all repairs made to his vehicle are in good condition and to inform the line manager of any problem.

Creating Reports & CSI & NPS & responsible for customer complains & apply the standers on all processes.

– Follows up on warranty work cards and ensures that they are closed with the required form in terms of SOP

– Review work in progress and always keep records updated

– Interpret and comply with applicable government and corporate standards and policies

Job Requirements:

– Education Level: bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering 4 years’ experience in the same field.

– Very good command in the English language.

– Communication skills.
