job Description:

• Ensure accuracy and timelines of all financial records, ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed.

• Delivery of the month close process, analyzing transactions and preparing required journals.

• Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, expenses recording.

• Perform internal audit to ensure adhering to relevant policies and processes.

• Ensure accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the company current financial position and prepare monthly balance sheet analysis.

• Submit daily treasury reports (Bank – cash – pdc).

• Assure to strictly and on time submitting the payroll accurate & all the variables income to the staff.

• Keeping all the stockholder’s business or private financial reports or information at strict confidentiality.

• Comply with all the governmental requirements and processes to operate the internal financial documentations.

• Any other financial tasks as and when required by the managements

• Supervision of taxes and compliance with federal regulation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from the faculty of Commerce.

• 3- 5 years of experience in similar role.

• Automotive Background is a plus.
